Will it rain for the Penn State Blue-White game? Here's what the latest weather reports say

Penn State will host its annual Blue-White game at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday in State College. The Nittany Lions have already told fans that the experience will be “non-traditional” compared to past versions of the annual spring finale. That will be true in part because of the ongoing construction at Beaver Stadium. However, due to bumps, bruises, and roster management, there will also be some limitations on what the program decides to disclose publicly, even if the event won’t be televised.
“We will start with two skellies. Then the first quarter will go THUD, so everybody can get reps,” Franklin said. “Then we’ll transition second quarter, third quarter, fourth quarter will be live, so we can evaluate those guys in the stadium. Kicking will be on air like it’s been in the past. “I think each quarter is maybe a minute shorter than it’s been than you guys are used to. And then it won’t be on TV. But it’ll be very similar kind of what we’ve done in the past.”
Blue-White Illustrated reported the latest information on parking, an autograph session, gate entry plans, and more. Read that here. Moving on to the weather, it will be wet in the morning. Rain is likely Friday afternoon. There may also be some Saturday morning until around Noon. But, conditions should clear up for the afternoon.
“Rain showers early with some sunshine later in the day. High 66F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 70%,” Weather.com writes.

Quote of the day
“In a good position now. He was able to do some individual today, and the last practice, as well. With a significant injury like he had, there’s a physical component to it, there’s a mental component to it, and there’s an emotional component to it. So I think he’s in a good place. There’s some types of injuries that the doctors are going to push you, because you got to work through it. And there’s others that you can’t. That was one of those. So I think he’s going to be in really good position for summer camp. And he’s right about where he should be at this stage.”
