Barry Odom tabs Kelvin Green from Arkansas to coach defensive line
Purdue coach Barry Odom has added Kelvin Green from Arkansas as defensive line coach, according to a school release.
Green worked with Odom at Arkansas, when Odom was the DC in Fayetteville from 2020-22.
Green spent the last three seasons at Arkansas as senior defensive quality control coach. Prior to working with the Razorbacks, Green spent nine seasons at Division 2 Delta State with three of those as assistant head coach and defensive coordinator. Green played at Georgia Military College and coached at Atlanta’s Columbia High School prior to Delta State.
Purdue has now officially hired three assistants: Green, OC/TE Josh Henson and RB Lamar Conard.
