Brian Brohm will be interim head coach for Purdue bowl game

Purdue co-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Brian Brohm will serve as interim head coach for the Boilermakers’ January 2nd Cheez-It Citrus Bowl vs. LSU, according to multiple sources.

Brohm served as interim head coach for the 2020 season opener vs. Iowa when Jeff Brohm was out with COVID, leading the Boilermakers to a 24-20 victory.
On Wednesday, reports surfaced that Jeff Brohm was taking the Louisville job.
It’s not known how many assistants will remain to coach for the bowl game.
