Former Purdue men’s basketball assistant coach Bruce Weber is our special guest on our Veteran’s Day version of “Gold and Black LIVE.” Weber served as an assistant for Gene Keady for 18 years at Purdue; he recruited Matt Painter and hired him as an assistant during Weber’s days at Southern Illinois. Weber, named the national coach of the year in 2005 while leading Illinois to the national title game shares his thoughts on his new role with the BTN Network and some of the issues facing college basketball while sharing some great Gene Keady stories.
And, of course, Tom Dienhart and Brian Neubert break down all the football and basketball news of the day.
