Former Purdue assistant Karl Maslowski joining Louisville as special teams/OLB coach
Karl Maslowski came to Purdue from Louisville to coach special teams prior to the 2022 season. Now, he’s headed back to Derby City to fill the same job as well as coach outside linebackers, GoldandBlack.com has learned.
The move will reunite Maslowski with Jeff Brohm, who hired him at Purdue and then took the Louisville job after the 2022 season.
Maslowski will join former Purdue assistants Mark Hagen, Chris Barclay, Brian Brohm, Ryan Wallace, Ron English and Garrick McGee at Louisville.
Maslowski was a senior special teams quality control coach at Louisville from 2019-21 prior to coming to Purdue.
