Purdue football heads to Virginia Tech Saturday as GoldandBlack.com continues its 16th season of ‘Gold and Black LIVE.’ This week’s special guests are voice of Purdue football Tim Newton and volleyball coach Dave Shondell.

Shondell is in his 21st year as Purdue’s volleyball coach. The Boilermakers are 3-2 after winning a couple of tough road matches at Kansas and vs. Marquette. Newton is in his 29th year with the Purdue radio network and has been the play-by-play person for football for 14 years and will also begin his 34th year as women’s basketball play-by-play.
