Portal commit Joey Tanona leads big weekend of visitors for Purdue. What portal targets are coming?
As transfer portal season heats up, Purdue is digging deeper in its pursuit to add talent.
The Boilermakers already have landed four players from the portal, headed by three offensive linemen: Ball State’s Corey Stewart, Notre Dame’s Joey Tanona and New Mexico’s DJ Wingfield. Purdue also has landed a portal pledge from Kentucky d-lineman Jamarius Dinkins.
Tanona plans to be on campus this weekend after committing on December 8. He will be joined by a few other key targets at positions of need for Ryan Walters, who is looking to augment his roster for Year Two.
