Save the date: March 5. That’s when Purdue will play host to NFL scouts for its annual Pro Day, GoldandBlack.com has learned.

GoldandBlack.com has confirmed that OL Marcus Mbow, OL Gus Hartwig, QB Hudson Card, OL Corey Stewart, K Ben Freehill, DL Joe Anderson, DE Jireh Ojata, DE Shitta Sillah and RB Reggie Love will attend. WR Kam Brown will not. No word yet on LB Kydran Jenkins, but he’s expected.

Mbow, who took part in the Senior Bowl, has received an invite to the NFL Combine; Hartwig just missed out on a Combine invite but did play in the Shrine Bowl. The Combine will run Feb. 27-March 2 in Indianapolis. The NFL Draft will be April 24-26 in Green Bay.

Last year, 10 Boilermakers worked out in front of 38 scouts from 31 of 32 NFL teams and two CFL franchises.
