Purdue added depth to its offensive line when it netted a commitment today from Bakyne Coly.
The 6-7, 285-pound Coly is arriving from Lawrence Tech, an NAIA school in the Detroit suburb of Southfield, Mich. A native of Farmintgon, Mich., Coly has three years to use two years of eligibility. He also considered Michigan State, Central Michigan and Miami (Ohio).
Coly will bolster a tackle spot that lacks depth. Mahamane Moussa and Daniel Johnson project as the starting tackles. Ben Farrell, a transfer from NAIA Indiana Wesleyan, will figure in the mix, too.
