Purdue CB Kyndrich Breedlove transfers to Arizona State
Purdue has lost another player: CB Kyndrich Breedlove has transferred to Arizona State.
The junior had entered the transfer portal on December 10 and subsequently withdrew on December 31. Breedlove apparently remained in the portal and is moving on to the Big 12 champs in Tempe, Ariz.
Breedlove transferred to Purdue from Colorado prior to 2024 after beginning his career at Ole Miss. He figured to play a key role for Purdue in 2025. Now, he is gone, off to join fellow Boilermaker CB Nyland Green who transferred to ASU earlier in the day.
The 5-11, 185-pound Breedlove had a strong season for the Boilermakers in 2024, starting 11 games and finishing with 40 tackles, two tackles for loss and a team-high three interceptions.
Purdue has seen 38 players–including 11 defensive backs–enter the transfer portal.
