Purdue in the Pros: Week 12
Four former Purdue players suited up on NFL rosters in Week 12 of the season. GoldandBlack.com looks at how each Boilermaker fared over the past week.
PAYNE DURHAM – TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Durham caught just one pass in Tampa Bay’s 30-7 cruise past New York, but he made it count, leaving his feet for an impressive 26-yard haul. He lined up for 24 of the Buccaneers’ 65 offensive snaps and added nine on special teams. Tampa Bay will hit the road for a 1 p.m. division showdown at Carolina.
CHARLIE JONES – CINCINNATI BENGALS
Jones and the Bengals spent Week 12 on their bye week, holding a 4-7 record with six games to play. They’ll look to begin a big finish to the year with a 1 p.m. kickoff with division rival Pittsburgh on Sunday.
RAHEEM MOSTERT – MIAMI DOLPHINS
The veteran tailback carried twice for five yards and caught one pass, playing 21 of 68 snaps, in Miami’s 34-15 win over New England. The 5-6 Dolphins will get primetime treatment on Thanksgiving Thursday, taking on Green Bay in the night slot at 8:20 p.m. E.T.
SANOUSSI KANE – BALTIMORE RAVENS
Kane was inactive for the Ravens’ 30-23 win over the Chargers because of an ankle injury. His status remains unknown for Sunday’s 4:25 p.m. E.T. kickoff against Philadelphia.

GEORGE KARLAFTIS – KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Karlaftis played 52 of 62 defensive snaps, recording a pair of tackles and a pair of quarterback hits in Kansas City’s 30-27 escape over Carolina. The 10-1 Chiefs will return to the field on Black Friday for a 3 p.m. E.T. kickoff against Las Vegas.
TYRONE TRACY – NEW YORK GIANTS
The rookie running back saw 24 snaps, carried nine times for 42 yards and caught four passes for 28 yards as the Giants were thumped 30-7 by the Buccaneers. While it’s been a miserable season for the 2-9 Giants, Tracy couldn’t have dreamed of a better rookie season statistically. New York will turn around quickly, heading to Dallas for the traditional 4:30 p.m. E.T. Thanksgiving Day kickoff.
