Markus Bailey – Cincinnati Bengals

Bailey recorded a tackle on his only defensive snap in the Bengals’ 34-23 win over the Buccaneers and added another 16 snaps on special teams. The special teams versatility of Bailey has been noticed, as a social media push for him to make the Pro Bowl has begun. The Bengals will travel to New England for a 1 p.m. game on Saturday.

Derrick Barnes – Detroit Lions

Barnes’ knee injury caused him to be inactive ahead of the Lions’ 20-17 win over the Jets. He did not practice at all during the week, so his status for Saturday’s 1 p.m. kickoff at Carolina certainly remains in jeopardy.

David Bell – Cleveland Browns

Due to a lingering toe injury, Bell was inactive for Cleveland’s 13-3 win over Baltimore on Saturday evening. Coach Kevin Stefanski mentioned that the team will monitor him moving forward. His next chance to play will come Saturday at 1 p.m. when the Browns host the Saints.

Ja’Whaun Bentley – New England Patriots

The longtime mainstay in the middle of New England’s defense played 62 of 68 snaps, recording five tackles, a sack and three QB hurries in the Patriots’ unforgettable 30-24 loss to Las Vegas. Bentley’s held down the middle linebacker spot for yet another season, and will look to continue a strong finish at 1 p.m. on Saturday when the Patriots host the Bengals.

Anthony Brown – Dallas Cowboys

Brown’s season appears to be done due to an Achilles injury.

Brycen Hopkins – Los Angeles Rams

The tight end played five snaps in the Rams’ loss to Green Bay in the cold on Monday night. Consistency’s been hard to come by for the third-year Purdue product, but he’ll look to make an impact on Christmas afternoon against Denver.

Zander Horvath – Los Angeles Chargers

The rookie fullback got on the field for two snaps on offense and 19 on special teams as the Chargers took town the Titans 17-14. His snaps tend to fluctuate depending on game conditions, but his solid rookie year continues. Horvath will return to his home state on Monday when the Chargers take on the Colts at 8:15 p.m.

George Karlaftis – Kansas City Chiefs

Though Karlaftis couldn’t continue his three-game sack streak, he still pressured the quarterback three times and recorded a pair of tackles while playing roughly half the snaps in the Chiefs’ 30-24 overtime win over the Texans. The win clinched the AFC West title for Kansas City, who returns to action Saturday at 1 p.m. against the Seahawks.

Dennis Kelly – Indianapolis Colts

Kelly was limited to special teams duty, blocking for field goals and extra points in the Colts’ dramatic 39-36 overtime loss to Minnesota on Saturday. He’s back-and-forth on the starting offensive line unit, so monitor injuries ahead of Indianapolis’ Monday night game against the Chargers.

DaMarcus Mitchell – New England Patriots

The rookie played 26 snaps on special teams during New England’s 30-24 loss to Las Vegas, recording a pair of tackles. While the defensive rotation has been tough to break into, Mitchell’s excelled on special teams. The Patriots return to the field Saturday at 1 p.m. against the Bengals.

Rondale Moore – Arizona Cardinals

Moore’s season is officially done due to a groin injury.

Raheem Mostert – Miami Dolphins

Mostert earned the start at running back, playing 45 of 59 snaps in the Dolphins’ 32-29 loss at Buffalo. The veteran back turned in a great performance, carrying it 17 times for 136 yards and catching his lone target for 20 yards. Additionally, he tackled on a 28-yard kick return. He’ll hope to continue to build on that excellent performance on Christmas Day when the Dolphins host Green Bay at 1 p.m.
