The Purdue offensive line will be bolstered by the arrival of Bowling Green’s Jalen Grant.
The 6-3, 285-pound Grant, who played at Mount Carmel High in Chicago, will have as many as two years of eligibility.
Grant started 27 games the past three seasons for the Falcons. He played two games at center in 2022, and 658 snaps at left guard.
Grant will join a Purdue offensive line that saw No. 1 left guard Spencer Holstege transfer to UCLA after last season. The Boilermaker o-line will welcome back every other starter: guard Marcus Mbow, tackles Eric Miller and Mahamane Moussa and center Gus Hartwig, who is coming off a knee injury.
