Purdue OL Josh Kaltenberger has entered the transfer portal
Purdue offensive lineman Josh Kaltenberger has entered the transfer portal. He is the second Boilermaker to hit the portal in the last five days after WR T.J. Sheffield entered last Wednesday.
Kaltenberger made the announcement on social media today. The Cranberry Township, Pa., native had developed into a solid reserve and spot starter.
Kaltenberger started four games in 2023, two at center (Virginia Tech and Syracuse) and two at right tackle (Minnesota and Northwestern). He started the final three games of 2022 at center. He played in 12 games in 2021 as a redshirt freshman.
The 6-5, 300-pound Kaltenberger is a redshirt junior with a year of eligibility.
