Report: Syracuse at Purdue to be under lights on NBC
Earlier this spring, Purdue learned it will play host to Wisconsin in a night game. Now, Purdue is poised to play a second game at home under the lights.
According to Brett McMurphy of the Action Network, Purdue will play host to Syracuse for a 7:30 p.m. ET game on Saturday, Sept. 16, on NBC. The Boilermakers lost a wild game at Syracuse last season, falling 32-29 in the final minutes.

Purdue saw its home game vs. Wisconsin moved from Saturday, Sept. 23, to Friday night, Sept. 22. Kickoff time from Ross-Ade, along with the television network designation, will be announced at a later date.
It will be the first time Purdue has played host to a Friday night Big Ten game. The last time Purdue played at home on a Friday night was vs. Ohio in 2017, a 44-21 win in Jeff Brohm’s first season. The game vs. Wisconsin also will be the first Big Ten tilt for new Purdue coach Ryan Walters.
