SMU linebacker/defensive back Izaiah Kelley entered the NCAA Transfer Portal on Wednesday, sources tell On The Pony Express.

The 6-2, 180-pound backer played in nine games as true freshman in 2021. He made two stops, seeing action mostly on special teams.

Coming out of Lubbock (Tex.) Coronado, Izaiah Kelley ranked as the No. 124 linebacker in the nation and No. 179 overall prospect in Texas, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
