Saturday was big for South Carolina in a lot of ways, and recruiting was one of those.

The Gamecocks hosted a slew of impressive prospects over the course of the day with plenty of posts on social media from it.

Here were a couple of the big ones.

This was one of the tweets that took off Saturday, a picture of the Gamecocks’ 2024 class right now.

Posted by quarterback commitment Dante Reno, it includes Kam Pringle, Michael Smith, Wendell Gregory, Mazeo Bennett, Blake Franks and newest Gamecock Josiah Thompson.

Four-star prospect and a top-10 player in the country in the industry rankings Jonate Gilbert posted photos from his South Carolina unofficial visit.

South Carolina hosted the Atlanta-based cornerback in the 2025 class for the spring game. On3 ranks him as the No. 25 player in the class and the No. 4 at his position.

The industry ranking has him as the No. 10 player and the second-best corner in the class.

South Carolina also hosted 2025 receiver Jayden Sellers, the brother of quarterback LaNorris Sellers. He posted this photo from his visit.

The spring game was a big recruiting day for the Gamecocks in terms of the 2024 and 2025 classes, but they also hosted signee Nyck Harbor.

The five-star athlete who committed to South Carolina on signing day over Oregon, was a fan favorite and can be seen interacting with fans here.

Mississippi athlete and four-star prospect Daniel Hill was also on campus, checking out the Gamecocks Saturday night.

Here are a few photos from the visit. On3 ranks the South Carolina target as a four-star prospect and the No. 183 player in the 2024 class. He’s No. 180 in the industry ranking.

Another 2024 four-star prospect was on campus again this week with Mill Creek EDGE player KingJoseph Edwards checking out the spring game.

He posted him walking onto the field pregame and had a few other posts Saturday night. On3 rates him as a four-star prospect and the No. 222 player in the class.

He’s No. 110 in the industry ranking.

One of the newest commitments in the 2024 class Blake Franks was on campus for the spring game. He tweeted this photo, and he was there with other Gamecocks commits as well.

Linebacker commitment Wendell Gregory quote-tweeted Reno’s tweet with everyone on hand as well.

Kam Pringle and Mazeo Bennett were also seen taking photos and interacting with the fan base as the spring game went on Saturady night.

The Gamecocks are off to an incredibly hot start in the 2024 class, which is ranked No. 5 nationally at the moment.
