Carolina Confidential - Final thoughts on South Carolina vs. Kentucky

After talking all offseason about South Carolina-Kentucky as possibly the most important swing game on the Gamecocks' schedule, that matchup has arrived with the two teams coming off much different season openers. There's no sugarcoating some of the issues that were present for the Gamecocks last week and fair or not, they're going to have to take a big jump in a short period of time if this season is going to be a success because the schedule ramps up in a hurry.
