Former Gamecock OL Garrett Anderson joining GC Live Postgame Show
Starting this weekend, former South Carolina OL Garrett Anderson will be joining the GC Live Postgame Show as a rotating co-hosts.
Anderson, who played offensive linemen for South Carolina between 2006-09, was a standout for the Gamecocks and is currently an assistant coach at AC Flora. He’s appeared on Gamecock Central’s “Mix in a Water Monday” segment twice over the past two years to provide a unique perspective on what he noticed in those games. Now, he’ll be bringing those thoughts live on Gamecock Central immediately after games.

In addition to listening to Anderson’s postgame analysis, fans will be able to call into the program live to ask questions. ‘Intern’ Joe will be holding down the phone lines, while also adding his thoughts on games throughout the year.
The number to call into the GC Live Postgame Show is (803) 881-2233.
Anderson is just one of the former Gamecocks who’ll be rotating as a co-hosts this fall. Last week, former Gamecock quarterback Michael Scarnecchia made his return for season two of the GC Live Postgame Show.
Scarnecchia was a five-year member of the USC football team (2014-18). He’s best known for his 2018 performance against Missouri. With Jake Bentley out, Scarnecchia started at quarterback in a monsoon. With just over a minute left trailing by one, Scarnecchia led the Gamecocks down the field into field goal range for the win. He recently graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Like other GC Live shows, this show will be available to watch on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. So whether you’re at home or you’re leaving the game, you’ll be able to listen and watch.
Last season, the phone lines blew up after games with fans asking our former Gamecock guests both questions as well as sharing their thoughts on the game. After games, we want to hear from you. That can be in the comment section or if you want to call in, please do. ‘Intern’ Joe will be doing his best to get everyone on the show, but bear with us if you’re placed on hold.
The GC Live Postgame Show is just one of the many daily shows airing this season on Gamecock Central. Here are some of those shows.
