Game one of South Carolina-Vanderbilt series postponed
Friday’s game between South Carolina and Vanderbilt has been postponed due to inclement weather, the team announced.
The teams will play a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Both games will be nine innings. There will be an hour break in between the two games.
The series finale will be played on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Founders Park.
As for the pitching plans, there’s no word on what Mark Kingston will do. But as of right now, Eli Jones could start the first game of the doubleheader, followed by Dylan Eskew in the back half.

Ticket information from South Carolina athletics: Ticket holders who have Friday, March 22 SERIES GM1 reserved tickets will be able to sit in their seats for the 1 p.m. game until the game concludes and then move to the Corner Pantry Berm/SRO areas for the second game of the doubleheader.
Ticket holders who have Saturday, March 23 SERIES GM2 reserved tickets can come in for the 1 p.m. game and go to the Corner Pantry Berm/SRO areas and then move into their seats when the second game begins.
