Gamecocks in the NFL: Week 6 recap
Despite a pair of Gamecocks being in a bye week, 16 former South Carolina were active in Week 6 in the NFL.
Here’s a look at how every former Gamecock player in the league did this past weekend.

Javon Kinlaw – 49ERS
The veteran defensive lineman finished with two tackles and defended a pass.
Deebo Samuel – 49ERS
Samuel left Sunday’s game with a shoulder injury. He finished with 11 yards on two rushes and failed to make a reception. His status as of Monday is “day-to-day.”
Jovaughn Gwyn – FALCONS
For the first time this season, the rookie offensive lineman was active.
Jadeveon Clowney – RAVENS
Clowney finished with two sacks. His 29 pressures this season on quarterbacks is tied for the seventh most in the league.
Jaycee Horn – PANTHERS
The third-year defensive back remains on IR after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 1.
Hayden Hurst – PANTHERS
Hurst caught one pass for 16 yards on three targets.
Zacch Pickens – BEARS
The rookie had two tackles, including a TFL.

Jalen Brooks – COWBOYS
The rookie wide receiver was active for the first time since Week 2. Despite not being targeted, he made some key plays including a block on a jet sweep. He also served as a gunner on special teams.
Rico Dowdle – COWBOYS
The fourth year back racked up 12 yards rushing on three carries.
Stephon Gilmore – COWBOYS
Gilmore finished with three tackles. His interception late in the fourth quarter iced the game in the Cowboys’ win on Monday night.
Israel Mukuamu – COWBOYS
The third year defensive back was active for the first time since Week 2. He failed to register a stat.
Nate Adkins – BRONCOS
Despite not registering a stat, made an impact as a blocker at tight end.

The offensive lineman was inactive as a health scratch.
Ernest Jones – RAMS
For a sixth straight week, Jones finished with a team-high in tackles. This weekend he racked up ten tackles including seven solo. He’s currently tied for the fourth most in the NFL.
Cam Smith – DOLPHINS
The rookie defensive back had one tackle.
Nick Muse – VIKINGS
For a sixth straight game, the second-year tight end was inactive as a healthy scratch.

D.J. Wonnum – VIKINGS
Wonnum was credited with four tackles including a sack and a TFL. He also defended a pass.
*Kevin Harris – PATRIOTS
Harris is currently on the Patriots’ practice squad
Adam Prentice – SAINTS
On Saturday, the veteran fullback was placed on IR with a knee injury
Dennis Daley – CARDINALS
After starting the year on IR, Daley made his season debut on Sunday. He appeared in 25 percent of the Cardinals’ offensive snaps.
Rashad Fenton – CARDINALS
Fenton began the year and remains on IR.
*Chris Lammons – COLTS
Lammons is currently on the Colts practice squad.
Taylor Stallworth – TITANS
Stallworth, who was signed to the Titans 53-man on Saturday, appeared in Tennessee’s game in London on Sunday. He failed to register a stat.
