The two-year starter posted a PFF grade of 69.8 as a freshman last season and then a 73.0 as a true sophomore this year.

Cisse has proved to be a better tackler than most cornerbacks missing just one tackle this season and posting a tackle grade of 84.3, according to PFF. Cisse allowed 14 receptions on 27 targets for 175 yards.

A three-star prospect out of Lakewood High in the 2023 class, Cisse was ranked the No. 49 cornerback and No. 448 overall prospect in his class.
