Jared Brown returning to South Carolina for senior season
One of South Carolina’s best playmakers at wide receiver will be back in the Garnet and Black for another season.
Rising redshirt senior Jared Brown has signed a deal with Garnet Trust, South Carolina’s official collective, indicating a return to Columbia for the former Coastal Carolina transfer.
The 5-foot-11, 195-pounder dealt with injuries off and on during his first season in Columbia but still showed flashes, catching 15 passes for 244 yards and a touchdown. Brown added 38 rushing yards on five carries.
