All season long, South Carolina’s final regular season game against arch-rival Clemson had been listed as “TBA” with no kickoff time in place. But now, just 12 days out from the Palmetto Bowl, a game time has been announced.
The Gamecocks will travel to Death Valley next Saturday, Nov. 30 to take on the Tigers at noon on ESPN. This will be the second-straight trip South Carolina has made to Clemson where the game will be played in the noon slot. Of course, the last time the team traveled to the Upstate, it ended in a 31-30 upset win back in 2022.
Should South Carolina and Clemson both win its games against FCS opponents this weekend, next weekend has the potential to be a top-20 matchup. If that is the case, it would be the first time since 2013 that both teams are ranked inside the top-20 when playing one another.
