Freshman Sahnya Jah will be moving on from the program, Gamecocks head coach Dawn Staley announced on Monday.

Jah was the 40th-best women’s basketball prospect in the country for the last recruiting cycle. She won high school national championship at Montverde Academy in Florida.
During the 2023-2024 season, Jah appeared in 16 games for South Carolina. She averaged 3.1 points and 2.0 rebounds in 9.1 minutes in those contests.
