Three South Carolina football players will join head coach Shane Beamer when the Gamecocks travel to Dallas on Monday, July 15, to participate in this year’s SEC Media Days.

Huntley, better known as ‘Boogie,’ returns for his fifth-year with the program. Standing at 6-foot-4, 303 pounds, the Hammond product started in 11 of the 12 games he played in this past season. Racking up a career high 33 tackles, he added four tackles for loss, two sacks and deflected two passes.

Williams is in his fourth season at South Carolina after transferring into the program in 2021. The 6-foot-1, 232-pound linebacker was named first team All-SEC by the Associated Press, Phil Steele and College Football Network. He also earned honorable mention All-America honors from Phil Steele in 2023. Starting in all 12 games this past season, he led the team in tackles with 113, added nine tackles for loss, had one sack and recovered a fumble.

Doty makes the trip to Dallas in what will be his fifth-year with the program. Standing at 6-foot-1, 218 pounds, the Myrtle Beach native is listed as an “athlete” but is expected to be heavily in the mix to compete for a starting position at wide receiver. Despite serving as South Carolina’s backup QB in 2023, Doty started in two games at wide receiver and caught 13 passes for 123 yards and a touchdown.
