Shane Beamer postgame press conference | South Carolina falls to Missouri
Following South Carolina’s 34-12 loss against Missouri, Shane Beamer met with the media. Here’s a little bit of what he had to say.

– A disappointing start. Calls Missouri a good football team and to give them credit but they didn’t play well in the first half with some self-inflicted issues.
– Proud of the way the guys came out in the second half; it starts with the leadership they have with their upperclassmen.
– Shares that he’s told his upperclassmen that when the season is over people are gonna look back to how things ended and that they have a chance to lead this team in a positive direction

– Legette has an upper body; no timetable on his return
– Tree has a knee injury; no timetable on his return
– AB has a hamstring injury
– Moved the pocket, max protect calls but they didn’t do a good enough job protecting their quarterback
– Says it starts with him when you’re evaluating everything

– Shared that they had to scale things back a little on Thursday just because they put some much effort into practice this week. Loved the focus and mentality leading into this game, which is why he was surprised at the way they looked in the first half
