South Carolina announces new Gamecocks+ streaming service

South Carolina athletics is getting into the streaming game.

The Gamecocks announced Wednesday the launch of Gamecocks+, a streaming service dedicated to South Carolina athletes.

“Gamecocks+ will give our great fans an opportunity to see and learn about the tremendous achievements of everyone in our programs,” Ray Tanner said in a statement.

GAMECOCKS+ is a brand new subscription streaming platform featuring original video content that brings you even closer to the teams, student-athletes and coaches you love.

GAMECOCKS+ will feature original storytelling content – above and beyond the already high-level video that fans have come to expect and enjoy – including new, never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes access, exclusive interviews, archival footage showcasing iconic moments, and more! 

All Gamecock Club Members will have free access to this subscription, and all other subscribers will also receive Gamecock Club membership.

Gamecocks announce preseason camp schedule

South Carolina football will officially report for preseason camp on Thursday, August 4, the Gamecock athletic department announced on Tuesday.

The first scheduled practice will be Friday, August 5. Most practices will last approximately two hours. All times are subject to change.
