We’re inching closer to the return of South Carolina baseball.

The Gamecocks released their 56-game schedule Monday afternoon, which now includes their non-conference slate.

Opening Day is set for Feb. 16 against Miami (OH). They’ll play three games against the Redhawks. South Carolina will also have weekend series in non-conference play against Belmont (Feb. 23-25) and Longwood (March 8-10).

The biggest series of this stretch comes against arch-rival Clemson. The Gamecocks and Tigers will play at Founders Park on March 1, Segra Park in Columbia on March 2 and Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson on March 3.

South Carolina’s conference slate has already been known for a while now, but it will open up at Ole Miss on March 15. It comes back home to face Vanderbilt before heading back on the road to play Alabama.
