Where South Carolina basketball's Collin Murray-Boyles projects in NBA Draft

South Carolina basketball star sophomore Collin Murray-Boyles checked in at the NBA Combine this week. The Columbia native, who still has two years of eligibility remaining if he elects to pull out of the draft, measured in on Monday at 6-6.5 and 239.2 pounds with a 7-0.75 wingspan and 8-10.5 standing reach.
Though not as tall as most post players, Murray-Boyles makes up for it with his length, strength, and athletic instincts. He’s also an elite defensive prospect who has a lot to offer on offense, too.
CMB’s statistical profile was ridiculous this season. No player other than Collin Murray-Boyles in college basketball averaged at least 16 points, eight rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block while shooting at least 55% from the field.
With all that he has going for him, Murray-Boyles’ NBA Draft stock has soared in recent months. With many outlets updating their mock drafts following Monday night’s NBA Draft Lottery reveal, here’s a look at where the experts think CMB could play his basketball next year.
