South Carolina-Florida game time set
South Carolina knows when its trip to the Swamp in a few weeks will kick off.
The Gamecocks will kick at 4 p.m. on the SEC Network, the program announced Monday afternoon.
South Carolina this season is a perfect 5-0 in night games and have lost the three day games its played: Georgia and Arkansas at noon and Missouri at 4 p.m.

The Gamecocks haven’t historically played well at Florida, with just two wins in Gainesville ever. The last came in 2014, a 23-20 win.
South Carolina beat Florida last year to snap a three-game losing streak to the Gators en route to a bowl game.
Before that game, though, South Carolina will travel to Vanderbilt for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff against the Commodores on the SEC Network.
South Carolina has wins this season over Georgia State, Charlotte, South Carolina State, Kentucky and Texas A&M while piling up losses to Arkansas, Georgia and most recently Missouri.
The Gamecocks (5-3, 2-3 SEC) struggled in all three phases, most notably offensively where they averaged under four yards per play and turned the ball over twice.
The Gators currently sit at 4-4 on the season and have one win in five SEC games. They’ve notched wins over Utah, South Florida, both by a combined six points, Eastern Washington and Missouri.

The losses have come to Kentucky, by five to Tennessee, LSU and a 22-point loss to Georgia. This weekend Florida will go on the road to Texas A&M. Kickoff there is scheduled for noon ET on ESPN.
South Carolina opens as favorite at Vanderbilt

South Carolina opened as a 7-point favorite for this Saturday night’s matchup with Vanderbilt when opening betting lines were released by Circa Sports on Sunday afternoon.
The book set the over/under on the game at 48 1/2.
The Gamecocks fell to 5-3 and 2-3 in SEC play Saturday evening with a 23-10 home loss to Missouri which ended a four-game winning streak for the team.
The Commodores (3-5, 0-4) will be coming off their bye week.
The week before they fell 17-14 at Missouri.

Last season, Zeb Noland led a last-second comeback drive capped off by a touchdown pass to Xavier Legette to defeat Vanderbilt 21-20.
