South Carolina football is putting together a strong group of official visitors for this summer. The latest scheduled visit–or, more accurately, visits–are for 4-star North Carolina natives Andrew Harris and Aiden Harris. The twin brothers from Weddington High School will be in Columbia on June 6th, GamecockCentral has confirmed. It will not be their first trip to USC as they took an unofficial visit in the fall.

Andrew sits as the No. 258 overall player in the 2026 cycle in the On3 industry ranking–a weighted composite of the rankings from the four major recruiting services. He’s also No. 32 among EDGE prospects and No. 15, regardless of position, in a loaded North Carolina. He plays both defensive end and outside linebacker for Weddington and has even kicked inside for some snaps at defensive tackle. Listed at 6-1.5 and 235 pounds, Harris is a good athlete with a high motor.

Aiden is rated as a defensive lineman but plays both at EDGE and defensive tackle. The 6-2.5, 250-pounder is the On3 industry ranking’s No. 42 overall player. He’s also No. 5 in North Carolina and No. 2 among defensive linemen nationally. Like his brother, he has an impressive first step, but Aiden has developed some solid pass rush moves and has power and a long wingspan that make him a difficult player to block both inside and outside.

On Wednesday, Andrew and Aiden Harris trimmed their collective list to ten favorite schools. South Carolina is joined by Florida, Texas, Ohio State, Penn State, Auburn, NC State, Miami, Oregon, and Maryland. Geographically, the Gamecocks are the closest team on their list. At the time of this writing, it is not 100% clear whether the Harris twins plan to commit to the same school, but the brothers have taken an almost identical set of unofficial visits and have scheduled their official visits together, too.

This winter, Aiden Harris went on record with On3’s Steve Wiltfong to talk about South Carolina. He said the Gamecocks have “the right people” in place leading the program.
