On Tuesday, On3 released their updated top-10 available transfer portal prospects, and a couple of Gamecock targets cracked the list.
No. 6 on On3’s list is defensive back Brandon Cisse. Cisse, a Sumter native, was a Freshman All-American and ACC Rookie of the Year in 2023 with NC State. He battled some injuries this fall but is expected to be good to go for 2025. Cisse plans to visit the Gamecocks soon and can play both corner and nickel. He will have two more years of eligibility remaining.

No. 9 is on campus in Columbia right now. Former Utah State running back Rahsul Faison is visiting the Gamecocks but has several big-time programs interested. This year with the Aggies, Faison rushed for over 1100 yards and eight touchdowns en route to All-Mountain West honors. Though he was part of the high school class of 2019, he should have another year of eligibility thanks to the NCAA’s recent ruling on former junior college players.

South Carolina also has interest in several other transfer portal prospects. Former Texas State defensive tackle Terry Webb is among the portal players with Gamecock offers and a name to watch.
