South Carolina defensive line transfer finds new college home
South Carolina football defensive lineman Jamaal Whyce announced his transfer from the Gamecocks this winter. On Monday, Whyce found a new home at Marshall.
Joining the Thundering Herd gives Whyce the opportunity to represent the same team as his late father. Jamaal Whyce, Sr. played at Marshall from 2003-2004.
During his South Carolina football career, the younger Whyce logged four total tackles across three seasons. Because of a redshirt, Whyce will have two years of eligibility remaining.
