They’ll face an Alabama (4-1, 1-1 SEC) team that entered the week as the No. 1 team in the country fresh off a win over Georgia in arguably the best game of the college football season so far — and that exited the week with a historic loss at Vanderbilt, the Commodores first in school history over a No. 1-ranked opponent.

The Crimson Tide also have wins over Western Kentucky, South Florida, and Wisconsin.

Carolina and Alabama are set for a noon ET kickoff on ABC.
