Decision day has arrived for South Carolina priority wide receiver target Malik Clark.

The Rock Hill (S.C.) four-star class of 2025 wide receiver will announce his decision at noon today (Thursday) during a ceremony at his high school. GamecockCentral plans to have coverage of the announcement.

The 6-foot-2.5, 180-pound Clark has a final three of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida State and has taken official visits to all three schools.

Mike Furrey joined the South Carolina staff as receivers coach in late February and quickly prioritized the talented wide receiver target.

Clark recently gave his thoughts on all three programs to On3’s Steve Wilftong.

South Carolina: “USC is home. Hour down the road from me. Love the game-day environment and Coach (Mike) Furrey is a great guy and coach as well.”

Florida State: “Let’s be honest they are FSU and had a great season last year. Coach Norvell is the truth.”

Clark caught 35 passes for 679 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior this past season.

The On3 Industry Ranking considers Clark the No. 209 overall prospect and No. 24 wide receiver in the 2025 class. He is ranked the No. 2 prospect in the state of South Carolina.

Clark has long said that he wanted to announce his decision in mid to late July, a timeline that he’s stuck to as fans of the three schools will soon find out where he’s playing at the next level.
