On3's Charles Power weighs in on South Carolina commit Lex Cyrus

South Carolina scored a major come-from-behind win on the recruiting trail Thursday afternoon when the Gamecocks beat Penn State for Harrisburg (Pa.) Susquehanna Township four-star wide receiver Lex Cyrus. While the entire recruiting industry is pretty high on Cyrus -- three of the four major sites rate him as a four-star prospect -- he's an On3 Outlier in that the site is significantly higher on him than the others.
