South Carolina football was installed as a 4-point underdog in this upcoming weekend’s matchup with Texas A&M, when lines for that contest were released Sunday afternoon.

In what should be a tight game, that line has already started to shrink with all of the major books having the game at Texas A&M -3.5 on Monday afternoon, according to Vegas Insider.

The over/under on the matchup opened at 44.5 points and has since risen to 46 points.

The Gamecocks (4-2, 1-2 SEC) are set to host the Aggies (3-3, 1-2 SEC) at 7:30 pm Saturday at Williams-Brice Stadium with SEC Network handling the broadcast.

Texas A&M was also on its bye this past weekend. Prior to that, the Aggies lost a 24-20 thriller to Alabama that ended with a goal-line stand by the Crimson Tide as time expired.
