South Carolina makes its case for the College Football Playoff
As the moments tick down until tonight’s latest College Football Playoff rankings reveal, South Carolina football took to social media Tuesday afternoon to make what could be its final case for inclusion in this year’s playoff.
While tonight’s rankings will not be the final one — those come out Sunday at noon — this is essentially South Carolina’s last real opportunity to move into the field of 12 since it’s idol this week.
That’s not lost on the Gamecocks who posted the following article on Twitter/X Tuesday which was then shared by pretty much every staffer in the program. The breakdown comes on the heels of a video that the media team posted earlier this week.
This week’s rankings will be revealed on ESPN at 7 p.m.
