Why South Carolina? “I can’t even say what stood out. The stadium was electric, the whole team was fired up on the field, playing great. The coaches were coaching great. They shut the Aggies out in the second half,” Cyrus said during his visit to see the Gamecocks take down Texas A&M in November. “Staff was great. It just had that family atmosphere. It always has. They were happy to see me and let me know they were happy I made it. They can’t wait until I’m there in a few months.”
