I was one of the voters for the preseason awards. I voted for Aliyah Boston for player of the year, with Zia Cooke, Jordan Horston, Angel Reese, and Tamari Key joining her on the All-SEC team. It was pretty easy to pick the team.

Projecting the order of finish was much harder. After the top three teams, everyone has major question marks. There is very little separating the fourth-best team from the eleventh-best. I voted before Florida lost Zippy Broughton for the season, and I would drop the Gators at least a spot if I did it now.
