South Carolina women's basketball: Aliyah Boston gets technical foul for breaking up fight between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese

Former Gamecock Aliyah Boston picked up a technical foul on Saturday for breaking up a fight between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark. Reese was also given a technical, and Clark was assessed a Flagrant 1 for the foul that instigated the scuffle.
During the third quarter, Reese grabbed an offensive rebound and tried to go back up for a layup. Clark fouled her to prevent the layup, but added an extra push with her other hand that sent Reese to the ground.
Reese jumped up and ran at Clark, but Boston stepped in and pushed the two apart. Both players and teams were separated, and the officials reviewed the foul.
After review, Clark’s foul was upgraded to a Flagrant 1, and Reese was assessed a technical. Despite playing peacemaker, Boston was also given a technical.
