Another week, another record for A’ja Wilson, plus Kamilla Cardoso had a sensational pro debut this week in the WNBA.

Atlanta Dream (4-3)
Laeticia Amihere (4 games, 2.8 minutes, 0.5 pts, 1.3 rebs)
Amihere’s only appearance of the week was in a blowout loss to the Sun.

Last week:
At Washington (73-67 win): DNP-CD
Vs Las Vegas (78-74 win): DNP-CD
Vs Connecticut (69-50 loss): 5 minutes, rebound

Allisha Gray (7 games (7 starts), 32.3 mpg, 16.3 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.1 spg)
Gray was huge in Atlanta’s upset win over Las Vegas. When she plays well, the Dream play well.

Last week:
At Washington (73-67 win): 36 minutes*, 19 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 steals, block
Vs Las Vegas (78-74 win): 34 minutes*, 24 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists
Vs Connecticut (69-50 loss): 30 minutes*, 9 points, 4 rebounds, assist, steal

This week’s schedule:
Thursday, June 6 vs New York (7:30 ET, League Pass)
Saturday, June 8 at Chicago (5:00 ET, League Pass)

Chicago Sky (3-4)
Kamilla Cardoso (1 game, 18.0 mpg, 11.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg)
Cardoso’s long-waited debut was everything anyone could have hoped for. She was outstanding and was arguably Chicago’s most productive player despite a minutes restriction. Cardoso and Aliyah Boston went head-to-head, trading big shots, rebounds, and stops.

Last week:
Vs Seattle: DNP
Vs Los Angeles: DNP
At Indiana (71-70 loss): 18 minutes, 11 points, 6 rebounds

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, June 4 vs New York (8:00 ET, League Pass)
Thursday, June 6 at Washington (7:00 ET, Amazon Prime)
Saturday, June 8 vs Atlanta (5:00 ET, League Pass)

Connecticut Sun (8-0)
Ty Harris (8 games (8 starts), 30.3 mpg, 10.3 ppg, 3.3 apg, 1.9 rpg, 40.0 3P%)
The Sun keeps winning, and Harris keeps making plays. In the win over Dallas, she made a free throw to take a two-point lead and then stole the ensuing inbounds pass to clinch the win.

Last week:
Vs Phoenix (70-47 win): 23 minutes*, 3 points, 5 assists, 2 rebounds, steal
Vs Dallas (74-72 win): 32 minutes*, 7 points, 4 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 steals
At Atlanta (69-50 win): 32 minutes*, 13 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists

Tiffany Mitchell (8 games, 14.3 mpg, 3.1 ppg, 2.1 rpg)
Mitchell’s playing time has gone up as she becomes more comfortable with her role on the WNBA’s only unbeaten team.

Last week:
Vs Phoenix (70-47 win): 18 minutes, 5 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists
Vs Dallas (74-72 win): 11 minutes, 5 points, 3 steals,  rebound
At Atlanta (69-50 win): 15 minutes, 2 points, rebound, steal

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, January 4 vs Washington (7:00 ET, League Pass)
Saturday, June 8 vs New York (1:00 ET, ABC)

Indiana Fever (2-9)
Aliyah Boston (11 games (11 starts), 27.7 mpg, 10.4 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 2.4 apg, 1.1 bpg)
Too often, Boston’s role for the Fever is trying to bail out her teammate’s mistakes on both ends of the court. She made the game-winning three-point play against Chicago, but then only got four shout attempts a day later. Indiana finally gets a few days off to hopefully clean things up.

Last week:
Vs Los Angeles (88-82 loss): 23 minutes*, 17 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, steal (5 fouls)
Vs Seattle (103-88 loss): 29 minutes*, 11 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists
Vs Chicago (71-70 win): 34 minutes*, 10 points, 8 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists
At New York (104-68 loss): 26 minutes*, 5 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals

Victaria Saxton (4 games, 2.3 mpg, 0.5 ppg, 0.3 rpg)
Last week, Saxton got her first rebound of the season. This week she got her first basket.

Last week:
Vs Los Angeles (88-82 loss): DNP-CD
Vs Seattle (103-88 loss): 1 minute, no stats
Vs Chicago (71-70 win): DNP-CD
At New York (104-68 loss): 3 minutes, 2 points

Phoenix Mercury (4-5)
Mikiah Herbert Harrigan (9 games, 8.2 mpg, 2.0 ppg, 1.1 rpg, 0.6 bpg)
Herbert Harrigan is playing more and contributing accordingly. Against Connecticut, the Mercury went 1-27 from three, and Herbert Harrigan had the only make. She’s also blocking shots like she’s back in Columbia.

Unsigned
Brea Beal
Las Vegas cut Beal early in training camp.

Alaina Coates (Preseason stats with Seattle: 2 games, 8.0 minutes, 3.0 pts, 1.0 reb, 1.0 block)
Coates got a long look in Seattle but didn’t fit in with the Storm’s rebuild. She’s got lots of experience, though, and will probably be one of the first calls for any team that needs post depth once the season starts.

Kaela Davis (Preseason stats with Seattle: 2 games, 14.0 minutes, 1.5 points, 3.5 rebs)
Davis was hoping to show she was fully recovered from an Achilles injury, but she didn’t do enough to convince Seattle.

Destanni Henderson (Preseason stats with Atlanta: 2 games, 19.0 minutes, 3.5 pts, 6.0 assists, 2.0 rebs, 1.0 steal)
Henderson was signed after training camp started and put up nice numbers in Atlanta’s two preseason games. Whenever Henny gets a shot, she contributes, but she can’t seem to stick anywhere.
