The graduates of Post Player U dominated last week. Aliyah Boston and Kamilla Cardoso scored career-highs, and A’ja Wilson set a WNBA record. Get caught up on all the Gamecocks in the WNBA.

Atlanta Dream (11-6)
Allisha Gray
17 games (17 starts), 35.6 mpg, 19.5 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 4.1 apg, 0.9 spg, 42.4 3P%
Gray isn’t scoring as much as she did earlier in the season, but she is more of a rebounder and distributor. She’s also playing heavy minutes, third in the league.

Last week:
at Dallas (68-55 loss): 39 minutes*, 13 points, 3 rebounds, assist
vs Minnesota (96-92 OT loss): 42 minutes*, 17 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists
vs New York (90-81 win): 36 minutes*, 20 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists

Te-Hina Paopao
16 games (4 starts), 13.4 mpg, 5.9 ppg, 1.8 apg, 1.4 rpg, 47.6 3P%
Despite not making a three last week, Paopao is still in the top five in three-point percentage. She also isn’t allowed to play in the fourth quarter. I bring that up because Rhyne Howard and Gray are second and third in minutes played, and Atlanta is terrible in the fourth quarter, blowing big leads three times in the last two weeks, and nearly blowing another on Sunday. Maybe it would help to play the person who is fourth on the team in +/-, first in offensive rating, fifth in defensive rating, and third in PER. Just a thought.

Last week:
at Dallas (68-55 loss): 14 minutes, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, steal, 0-3 3PT
vs Minnesota (96-92 OT loss): 10 minutes, 2 points, 0-2 3PT
vs New York (90-81 win): 9 minutes, 2 points, 2 assists, rebound, 0-2 3PT

Upcoming games:
Thursday, July 3 vs Seattle (7:30 ET, League Pass)

Chicago Sky (4-11)
Kamilla Cardoso
14 games (14 starts), 23.0 mpg, 12.7 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 1.7 apg, 0.8 bpg, 56.1 FG%

FIBA Kamilla made an early appearance in Chicago. For the second time this season, Cardoso scored a new career-high, with 27 points in a win over the Sparks. Cardoso missed the rest of last week and will miss next week while she plays for Brazil in the AmeriCup tournament.

Last week:
vs Los Angeles (97-86 win): 30 minutes*, 27 points (career-high), 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks
at Golden State (83-78 loss): NWT – National team commitment
at Los Angeles (92-85 win): NWT – National team commitment

Upcoming games:
Saturday, July 5 at Minnesota (7:00 ET, League Pass)

Dallas Wings (5-13)
Tyasha Harris
5 games, 16.5 mpg, 4.6 ppg, 1.0 rpg, 2.6 apg, 45.5 3P%
Harris injured her left knee against Connecticut on May 27. Initially, there was optimism that it wasn’t long-term, but unfortunately, Harris underwent season-ending surgery on June 10.

Golden State Valkyries (9-7)
Laeticia Amihere
7 games, 18.3 mpg, 8.6 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 1.4 apg, 1.1 bpg

Amihere’s scoring cooled off a bit in the first two games last week, but she still stuffed the stat sheet. Then, with Dawn Staley sitting courtside, Amihere poured in a career-high 15 against Seattle. She also swatted a layup attempt by Dominique Malonga, the second pick in the draft, all the way to Oakland.

Last week:
vs New York (81-78 loss): 13 minutes, 6 points, 5 rebounds, steal, block
vs Chicago (83-78 win): 17 minutes, 3 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists
vs Seattle (84-57 win): 18 minutes, 15 points, 8 rebounds, assist, block, steal

Bree Hall
2 game, 3.9 mpg, 1.5 ppg, 1.0 rpg
Against Seattle, and in front of Staley, Hall made her second career appearance. The Valkyries ran a play to get her a layup, but Hall shuffled her feet just before the shot (which went in).

Last week:
vs New York (81-78 loss): DNP-CD
vs Chicago (83-78 win): DNP-CD
vs Seattle (84-57 win): 5 minutes, rebound

Upcoming games:
Saturday, July 5 at Minnesota (8:00 ET, League Pass)

Indiana Fever (8-8)
Aliyah Boston
16 games (16 starts), 30.2 mpg, 15.9 ppg, 8.2 rpg, 3.6 apg, 1.3 bpg, 59.7 FG%
Boston had a huge week. She began by scoring a career-high 31 points in a surprising win at Seattle. Then she had a double-double, followed by another 21 points against Dallas. Indiana will face Minnesota in the Commissioner’s Cup on Tuesday. The game doesn’t count in the standings, nor do the stats, but there is money on the line.

Last week:
at Seattle (94-86 win): 33 minutes*, 31 points (career-high), 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals
vs Los Angeles (85-75 loss): 33 minutes*, 12 points, 10 rebounds, 5 steals, assist
at Dallas (94-86 win): 35 minutes*, 21 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists

Upcoming games:
*Tuesday, July 1 at Minnesota (8:00 ET, Amazon Prime) (Commissioner’s Cup Final)
Thursday, July 3 vs Las Vegas (7:00 ET, Amazon Prime)
Saturday, July 5 vs Los Angeles (7:00 ET, NBA TV/League Pass)

Las Vegas Aces (8-8)
Tiffany Mitchell
16 games (2 starts), 13.1 mpg, 3.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg
The Aces have been very inconsistent as a team. Mitchell barely played against Washington and then started the second half against Phoenix as Becky Hammon searches for answers.

Last week:
vs Connecticut (85-59 win): 10 minutes, 2 points, rebound, assist
vs Washington (94-83 loss): 6 minutes, 3 points
at Phoenix (84-81 win): 21 minutes, 6 points, 2 rebounds, steal, block

A’ja Wilson
13 games (13 starts), 32.3 mpg, 21.6 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 3.8 apg, 2.6 bpg, 1.9 spg
Do you think the bad loss to the Mystics ticked Wilson off? She followed with a monster game against Phoenix, scoring the go-ahead basket and then grabbing the clinching rebound. With that game, Wilson now has more games of 25+ points, 15+ rebounds, and 5+ assists than anyone in WNBA history.

Last week:
vs Connecticut (85-59 win): 27 minutes*, 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, 3 blocks
vs Washington (94-83 loss): 32 minutes*, 22 points, 5 rebounds, 4 blocks, 22 assists, steal
at Phoenix (84-81 win): 35 minutes*, 26 points, 18 rebounds, 7 assists, steal, block

Upcoming games:
Thursday, July 3 at Indiana (7:00 ET, Amazon Prime)
Sunday, July 6 at Connecticut (4:00 ET, League Pass)

Los Angeles Sparks (5-11)
Sania Feagin
5 games, 4.0 mpg, 0.4 ppg, 0.4 rpg
Feagin did not play last week.

Last week:
at Chicago (97-86 loss): DNP-CD
at Indiana (85-75 win): DNP-CD
vs Chicago (92-85 loss): DNP-CD

Upcoming games:
Thursday, July 3 at New York (7:00 ET, League Pass)
Saturday, July 5 at Indiana (7:00 ET, NBA TV/League Pass)

Seattle Storm (10-7)
Zia Cooke
16 games, 11.3 mpg, 3.8 ppg, 0.7 apg, 0.7 rpg
Seattle ended the week with a pair of blowouts, and Cooke got her most playing time of the season. She responded with her two best scoring games of the season.

Last week:
vs Indiana (94-86 loss): 9 minutes, 2 points
vs Connecticut (97-81 win): 24 minutes, 9 points, 2 assists, rebound
at Golden State (84-57 loss): 22 minutes, 10 points, 3 rebounds, steal

Upcoming games:
