A’ja Wilson’s record streak came to an end, but one of her former teammates had a career game. Find out who and catch up on all the other Gamecocks in the WNBA.

After a light schedule last week, teams are making up for the off days with a busy upcoming schedule.

Atlanta Dream (7-10)
Laeticia Amihere (9 games, 3.7 minutes, 0.8 pts, 1.4 rebs)
Amihere was limited to a token appearance last week.

Last week:
At Connecticut (78-74 win): 1 minute, rebound
At New York (81-75 loss): DNP-CD

Allisha Gray (17 games (17 starts), 32.6 mpg, 15.6 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.0 spg)
Gray was Atlanta’s leading scorer in the upset of Connecticut and then led all scorers in the game against New York. She’s making a strong case for a second consecutive All-Star nod.

Last week:
At Connecticut (78-74 win): 33 minutes*, 17 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, assist
At New York (81-75 loss): 36 minutes*, 24 points, 5 rebounds, block

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, July 2 vs Chicago (7:00 ET, CBS Sports Network)
Friday, July 5 at Dallas (7”30 ET, Ion)
Sunday, July 7 at Connecticut (1:00 ET, League Pass)

Chicago Sky (6-11)
Kamilla Cardoso (11 games (8 starts), 25.0 mpg, 8.4 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 1.3 apg)
Cardoso had a rough shooting week but continued to rebound well. That’s basically true of Chicago as a team: the SKy don’t shoot well but crash the glass really well.

Last week:
Vs Las Vegas (95-83 loss): 30 minutes*, 5 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, block
Vs Minnesota (70-62 loss): 31 minutes*, 3 points, 10 rebounds, block (1-9 FG)

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, July 2 at Atlanta (7:00 ET, CBS Sports Network)
Friday, July 5 at Seattle (10:00 ET, Ion)
Sunday, July 7 at Seattle (6:00 ET, League Pass)

Connecticut Sun (14-4)
Ty Harris (18 games (18 starts), 31.3 mpg, 11.3 ppg, 3.2 apg, 1.7 rpg)
Harris continued her career season by scoring a career-high 23 points against Washington

Last week:
At Washington (94-91 win/OT): 37 minutes*, 23 points, 4 steals, rebound, assist, block
Vs Atlanta (78-74 loss): 29 minutes*, 6 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 steals, block

Tiffany Mitchell (18 games, 16.1 mpg, 4.4 ppg, 1.6 rpg)
Mitchell doesn’t score much, but her layup against Atlanta came off that old reliable Euro-step that served her so well at South Carolina.

Last week:
At Washington (94-91 win/OT): 15 minutes, 2 points, 2 points, 2 assists, rebound, steal
Vs Atlanta (78-74 loss): 6 minutes, 2 points

This week’s schedule:
Monday, July 1 at Phoenix (10:00 ET, League Pass)
Thursday, July 4 at Minnesota (8:00 ET, Amazon Prime)
Sunday, July 7 vs Atlanta (1:00 ET, League Pass)

Indiana Fever (8-12)
Aliyah Boston (20 games (20 starts), 30.3 mpg, 13.1 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.3 bpg)
Boston was Indiana’s leading scorer against Phoenix, the Fever’s most impressive win of the season. Boston hit a clutch three with less than three minutes to play that cut the Mercury’s lead in half. She also had four assists and it’s clear that Indiana’s offense runs through he – whether she’s screening, passing, or scoring. There is a really fun test on Tuesday.

Last week:
At Seattle (89-77 loss): 28 minutes*, 11 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists, steal, block
At Phoenix (88-82 win): 34 minutes*, 17 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists

Victaria Saxton (6 games, 2.2 mpg, 0.5 ppg, 0.2 rpg)
Saxton did not play last week.

Last week:
At Seattle (89-77 loss): DNP-CD
At Phoenix (88-82 win): DNP-CD

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, July 2 at Las Vegas (9:30 ET, ESPN)
Saturday, July 6 vs New York (1:00 ET, CBS)

Las Vegas Aces (10-6)
A’ja Wilson (16 games (16 starts), 33.7 mpg, 26.9 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 2.7 apg, 2.3 bpg, 1.9 spg)
Wilson’s record streak of 20-point games came to an end at 20 games. Going any longer would have been ostentatious since her streak is already 50% longer than second place. Chelsea Gray’s return means the Aces aren’t as dependent on Wilson to do it all anymore (and her numbers might decline into less absurd territory), but it also means she’s getting some easy baskets now. Vegas hasn’t lost since Gray’s return, but the Aces have a full schedule this week, highlighted by a game against Indiana.

Last week:
At Chicago (95-83 win): 34 minutes*, 31 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks
At Washington (88-77 win): 32 minutes*, 11 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, block

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, July 2 vs Indiana (9:30 ET, ESPN)
Thursday, July 4 vs Washington (10:00 ET, Amazon Prime)
Friday, July 5 at Los Angeles (10:00 ET, Ion)
Sunday, July 7 vs Dallas (3:30 ET, ESPN)

Los Angeles Sparks (4-14)
Zia Cooke (15 games, 9.3 mpg, 3.7 ppg, 0.9 rpg, 0.7 apg)
After falling out of the rotation, Cooke got another chance two weeks ago and answered the call. She didn’t put up big numbers in Los Angeles’ only game last week, but it was good to see her play 18 minutes.

Last week:
At Phoenix (92-78 loss): 18 minutes, 4 points, 2 assists, rebound

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday, July 2 vs Washington (10:00 ET, ESPN3/League Pass)
Friday, July 5 vs Las Vegas (10:00 ET, Ion)
Sunday, July 7 vs Phoenix (7:00 ET, League Pass)

Phoenix Mercury (9-9)
Mikiah Herbert Harrigan (12 games, 8.1 mpg, 2.3 ppg, 1.0 rpg, 0.4 bpg)
Herbert Harrigan made a rare appearance but did not register a stat.

Last week:
Vs Los Angeles (92-78 win): 2 minutes, no stats
Vs Indiana (88-82 loss): DNP-CD

This week’s schedule:
Monday, July 1 vs Connecticut (10:00 ET, League Pass)
Wednesday, July 3 at Dallas (8:00 ET, League Pass)
Sunday, July 7 at Los Angeles (7:00 ET, League Pass)

Unsigned

Brea Beal
Las Vegas cut Beal early in training camp.

Alaina Coates (Preseason stats with Seattle: 2 games, 8.0 minutes, 3.0 pts, 1.0 reb, 1.0 block)
Coates got a long look in Seattle but didn’t fit in with the Storm’s rebuild. She’s got lots of experience, though, and will probably be one of the first calls for any team that needs post depth for the stretch run.

Kaela Davis (Preseason stats with Seattle: 2 games, 14.0 minutes, 1.5 points, 3.5 rebs)
Davis was hoping to show she was fully recovered from an Achilles injury, but she didn’t do enough to convince Seattle.

Destanni Henderson (Preseason stats with Atlanta: 2 games, 19.0 minutes, 3.5 pts, 6.0 assists, 2.0 rebs, 1.0 steal)
Henderson was signed after training camp started and put up nice numbers in Atlanta’s two preseason games. Whenever Henny gets a shot, she contributes, but she can’t seem to stick anywhere.
