Vukosa is a big, strong, traditional post who can rebound and finish around the rim. She has good footwork in the paint and is an outstanding “bad shot” maker. Vukosa also has a solid handle away from the basket that enables her to start the break after a rebound.

ESPN called Vukosa “the most advanced big in the class,” and she checks off all the boxes you could ask for from a post player. At the U17 World Cup, Vukosa averaged 19.4 points, 15.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 2.6 blocks. She was named Best Defensive Player for leading the tournament in blocks and defensive rebounds.
Vukosa is close to fellow Croatian Nika Mühl and visited her a number of times while she was at UConn. She certainly appears to be a UConn lean at this point.
