South Carolina will be well-represented at WNBA All-Star Weekend, with three former Gamecocks making appearances. Find out how to watch all of their participation.

All-Star Weekend begins Friday in Phoenix and culminates Saturday with the All-Star Game.

Allisha Gray will participate in the Kia WNBA Skills Challenge and the Starry 3-Point Challenge, both on Friday night. The Skills challenge begins at 9:00 pm ET and will be televised by ESPN.

Gray’s opponents in the Skills Challenge are Sophie Cunningham (Phoenix), Brittney Griner (Phoenix), Marina Mabrey (Connecticut), and Erica Wheeler (Indiana). The Skills Challenge consists of an obstacle course that tests dribbling, bounce passing, chest passing, outlet passing, and elbow jumpers and threes from the corner and top of the key.

Gray is joined in the 3-Point Contest by Stefanie Dolson (Washington), Jonquel Jones (New York), Marina Mabrey (Connecticut), and Kayla McBride (Minnesota).

Defending three-point champion Sabrina Ionescu declined to participate this season. So did rookie Caitlin Clark.

Also on Friday night the USA Basketball 3×3 Women’s National team will play an exhibition against the USA Basketball U23 3×3 team.

The All-Star game is Saturday night. Because it is an Olympic year, the USA Basketball Senior National Team faces the WNBA All-Stars. The game is at 8:30 pm ET on July 20 and will be televised by ABC.

A’ja Wilson, the MVP frontrunner, is on Team USA. She is preparing for her second Olympic appearance and making her sixth All-Star appearance.

Aliyah Boston and Allisha Gray will suit up for the WNBA All-Stars. Both are making their second All-Star appearance.

After All-Star weekend, the WNBA season goes on hiatus for nearly a month while the top players participate in the Olympics. Games resume on August 15.
