Injury Report: South Carolina vs. Alabama
During the offseason, the SEC approved a policy that mandates availability reports for conference games for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and baseball. For basketball, reports are submitted the night before games and updated on game day.
For the Alabama game, the only South Carolina player listed is Ashlyn Watkins, who is out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL.
In the final availability report released Thursday, Alabama guard Sarah Ashlee Barker is listed as OUT. She suffered a lower leg injury during the Crimson Tide’s game versus Florida on Jan. 2. Barker started all 15 games before her injury and averaged 15.6 points.
