The Gamecocks are 27-19 all-time against the Bulldogs, including an 18-6 mark in the Dawn Staley era (beginning 2008-09). South Carolina is just 8-11 in Starkville but has won its last two games at Humphrey Coliseum.
Last season, the Gamecocks posted an 85-66 win over Mississippi State in Columbia (1/7/24) behind four starters netting double-figure points, including a team-high 15 from Bree Hall.
