Before the big one next Saturday, South Carolina still has one more game to go at Williams-Brice Stadium this weekend.

The No. 18 Gamecocks will host Wofford on Saturday at 4 p.m. on SEC Network Plus. It will also be senior day as well as the Salute the Troops game.

The GamecockCentral and 107.5 The Game staffs shared their predictions for the game between South Carolina and the Terriers as well as other Week 13 matchups from around the country.

George Bagwell: I don’t really have much to say here. Shoutout to The Citadel for beating Wofford by double digits last week. Please, force the ball to Joshua Simon for two quarters then put in Luke Doty at quarterback. South Carolina 54, Wofford 6.

Peyton Butt: I think South Carolina has the strength and determination to end the last home game on a really high note for the seniors. Wofford’s quarterback is athletic and fast but the strength of the defense will be able to stop him early. South Carolina 49, Wofford 10.

Elijah Campbell: Not much to say about this game. The Gamecocks will score a lot of points. The Terriers will not score a lot of points. But it will be fun to watch the Gamecocks beat the hell out of an opponent stress free! It’ll be a fun celebration of the seniors who have done a ton to build a foundation for this program which is certainly on an upward trajectory. South Carolina 47, Wofford 6.

Chris Clark: South Carolina continues its winning ways and is able to get some players much-needed rest later in this contest. South Carolina 41, Wofford 7.

Terry Ford: This should be an easy win with lots of the roster getting on the field. Wofford does nothing to wow you on either side of the ball. On to Clemson! South Carolina 52, Wofford 13.

Griffin Goodwyn: Before the season began, Debo Williams said South Carolina’s defense would be “going for donuts” — or shutouts — each week. Saturday’s contest against Wofford will be as good an opportunity as any for the Gamecocks to accomplish this goal. The Terriers have experienced offensive struggles this season, averaging just 16.7 points per game this season. And South Carolina will have by far the strongest defense Wofford has faced in 2024, as the Terriers’ previous 11 games have come against FCS schools. The Gamecocks will also be motivated to give their seniors a picturesque sendoff, and with another sold-out crowd at Williams-Brice Stadium, there’s no reason why they shouldn’t come up with a big win. South Carolina 48, Wofford 7.

Tyler Head: Carolina is the better and more talented team here by a significant margin. Should be a routine Saturday in Willy B. South Carolina 52, Wofford 10.

Wes Mitchell: It should be a nice Senior Night at South Carolina with the Gamecocks being able to rotate more early and get most of the roster on the field late. While I usually keep my score predictions consistent across all platforms, this is a slightly adjusted score from the one I gave on Thursday’s podcast. South Carolina 52, Wofford 7.

Jay Philips: After the thriller against Missouri the Gamecocks get a chance to finish out at home against a SoCon school. Send the front line guys out to get reps, score some points and make sure the late stages of this game will be played by guys who haven’t seen much time. The chance to win 10 games is very real, and that mindset has to be in place no matter what. South Carolina 38, Wofford 10.

Kendall Smith: South Carolina is playing its best football right now, and I don’t think that will stop this weekend. Gamecocks 41, Terriers 10.

Mike Uva: South Carolina has finished with eight wins or more in the regular season just 13 times in their 100+ year history. They’ll make it 14 on Saturday to keep the momentum rolling into Clemson week. South Carolina 41, Wofford 9.

Jack Veltri: Straight donuts. South Carolina 44, Wofford 0.

Chris Wellbaum: I am a little nervous about South Carolina looking ahead, but South Carolina is getting better each week and has all the confidence in the world. The Gamecocks should cruise. South Carolina 43, Wofford 12.

Kevin Miller: South Carolina should whip up on Wofford despite taking the week to get some players healthy and to play others who haven’t gotten as many snaps this season. Any comfortable win that includes an empty injury report after the game should be considered a success heading into next weekend’s rivalry game. This Saturday, though, a Terriers team that has turned the ball over nearly as much as they have scored shouldn’t have much success. The suddenly-hot Gamecock offense should keep rolling, too. South Carolina 42, Wofford 3.
